Jerry male

2017-08-12

Location: Florida

HI! I'm Jerry! I'm a cutie patootie from what my fostermom tells me. I LOVE to run and chase and PLAYYYY ALL DAYYY! My fostermom tells me I am mouse-sized, with the heart of a lion, because I'm always on the go. In my previous home I had kids to play with. I am 8 months old, and weigh 8 pounds, right now. I've met cats in my foster home and they ignore me, so I don't think they are very fun. I'd like a home with someone home a lot to take me for walks, and if I had a potential home with another PLAYFUL dog, that would be awesome sauce! I do like to give kisses, so please be aware of that. I was used to pee pee pads in my previous home, so I'm starting to work on crate training.

Raynie female

2017-08-12

Location: Florida

Raynie is a happy little 12 week old pipsqueak. Her and her mama (Rayna) had been living out on the streets. Lil Raynie was almost hit by a car, and a kind gentleman ran out to secure her and her mama, then contacted rescues to take the small family in. Raynie is fast on her feet and LOVES to play. She thinks plush toys are super fun to play with; she also loves playing with her foster friends. Raynie is used to kitties, so she is cat friendly. Her mom is just 8 pounds, and we do not know who her daddy is so, Raynie MAY stay small.

Machete male

Location: Florida

Seniors for Seniors Candidate
Hey there! My name was Machete, but my foster peeps call me Big Mac. I am so lucky to be a Ratbone Rescues dog! My human parent passed away and I was living outside on a patio by myself (my parent's family would stop by once a day to feed and water me). I hadn't had any vet care in many years, and really needed a good check up. I have gotten used to eating beans and rice, so having to switch to dog food wasn't fun, but I like when special treats like canned food are added to my meals. I've been told I'm overweight, and I have been put on a diet. Being so heavy isn't good for me, and I don't understand why they say I have rolls. I am very social, and love people and doggies but i cannot STAND those things called cats. No cats for me! Anyway, thanks for reading all about me, I am looking for a family to love me forever. Oh - here's a link to my photo album. By the way - I am only 9 years young!

Manny male

2017-08-12

Adopted!

CongRATs to the Rollyson family!

Location: Florida

Smiling Manny is a super sweet guy! He was in a kill shelter in GA, and his time was up. One of our great friends in GA scooped him up and kept him safe until transport to Florida could be arranged. Here is what we know about Smiling Manny: he is SUPER sweet. Manny gets along with all the dogs he comes across. He loves to play with dogs his size, smaller and larger. He pays no mind to cats. Manny is the type of youngster that will crawl up in a lap just as easily as can be. Manny is already crate trained, and a good sport about getting his feet wet if it's raining. He is good on a leash, and does really well on car rides. Manny would do fine as an only dog, or as part of a pack - his personality is A+++.

Odie male

2016-06-28

Location: Florida

Odie is about 5 years old and weighs 10.5 pounds. His parents moved into a new house, and he wasn't allowed to go with them because of the new carpet. He was given to his owner's mother, but she lived on the 15th floor of a condo and Odie was not comfortable going up and down the elevator. That, combined with long work hours, led Odie to Ratbone Rescues. He is very cautious in new situations and needs time to warm up when he experiences change (it took him a good 24 hours to be comfortable with his fostermom), and he gives gentle kisses once he is comfortable. Odie is crate trained and loves going for walks. He pulls a bit on his walks, but settles in to a nice routine after a few moments. Odie would do best in a calm home with adults. He is delighful once he's given his trust & heart to someone new. To see more pictures of Odie, please visit his album.
