Meet Almost (known as "Yo-Yo"). His mission in life is to love you like you’ve never been loved before! Yo-Yo is part American Hairless Terrier. He has very short white hair, with gray spots showing through - especially on his face and tummy; he is probably not "hypo-allergenic". Yo-Yo will need to be bathed a little more often than other Ratties, and must wear sunscreen if he's out in the sun for very long. He will also need to wear a coat or sweater when it starts getting colder. Yo-Yo’s past is unknown; he was found on the freeway in Olympia (Washington), and was in a shelter there for two months; Yo-Yo was a favorite with the shelter staff! He has a wonderful personality and is extremely intelligent, and could be trained to do incredible tricks or anything his new family wants to teach him – he wants very much to please his human companion(s)! Yo-Yo only weighs 12 pounds, but is very muscular and athletic looking. He runs fast and jumps high! Yo-Yo is housebroken, and uses the pet door. He likes his foster mom’s other dogs and cats, and seems to like all the dogs he meets at the park. Yo-Yo is not crate trained, but is fine when left loose in the house while you're gone. He is truly a lap dog, and would be in your lap 24/7 if you let him. Yo-Yo likes to sleep under the covers with his human(s), and get as close as he can to them. What a snuggle-bug! He loves to give and get kisses. Yo-Yo wants to be your best friend for life – come and meet him today!

Hey folks, Ripley here, but you can call me Rip! I weigh seven pounds and am an eight year old toy Rattie. I use a doggie door to go outside to... you know! I like to nap in my crate and I am happy in it even with the door closed. I used to live in Indiana with Jackie, but we now live in Texas (which, by the way, is where we were both born!). We're not related to each other - just as close as if we were. It is nice here and I love to sun myself in the yard. I help my fostermom work in the garden (I carry her gloves around mostly). I like the other doggies here and I play with them a little, but I am a bit of a loner. Jackie and I walk on a leash together and have nice manners. When we meet new friends, I am reserved until I'm sure about their character. You'll never find a more mellow fellow than I am. I have recently had my teeth cleaned and I'm passing around sweet smelling kisses! Want one? Here's my album, in case you want to see more pictures. Daisy is 10 years old and weighs 11 lbs. She can be an alpha dog and was on the losing end of one too many battles with an established pack order in previous home. At her foster home, however, she is NOT alpha. Daisy loves meal time and puts on a show of bouncing and squealing until you put her bowl down. She is crate trained and housebroken. Daisy is very sweet and loving. She tends to prefer men to women. Daisy loves her toys and plays with every single one. Daisy loves going for walks and is very praise motivated. She has a pretty good prey drive and will chase cats and other little critters. She is very fearful of kids so shouldn't be adopted to a home with children under age 12. Although she would be a good companion for a home with another small dog, she can be fear aggressive with larger dogs. Daisy has had a rough life and is looking for a quiet retirement home where she can be loved and spoiled, and would be content as an only dog.

Hello! Look at me! I'm a 12 week old, pretty girl!! I am very sweet and I just love people. I've been raised with kids and dogs, so I'm great with both. I am looking for a home where someone is home during the day, and that will love me forever - even if I chew something I shouldn't. I am paper trained and I really love to play outside. My fostermom thinks that I would benefit from a puppy training class once I've had all of my puppy shots. If you have time to dedicate to a puppy and want the best girl ever, please pick me. Julie Bug (aka Jubie) was rescued from a South Carolina puppymill with her three puppies. She is about 9 years old, and weighs 9 pounds. Jubie gets along with the other dogs in her foster home, and appears to want to make friends with the kitties. Jubie is a very sweet, very submissive girl. Although she is initially fearful of being picked up, once you have her in your arms Jubie thoroughly enjoys the attention. We feel that Julie Bug would be most comfortable in an adults-only home. She may also need to have surgery on her right patella (knee), as it seems to be luxated (out of position). But while she's getting healthy and fit Jubie is busy learning how to be a "regular dog".
